Chad Swaringen has spent over 20 years in ministry, as a pastor, a counselor, and a Marine, and all three shaped the same conviction: most believers are exhausted from trying to earn what grace already gave them.

He founded Bold Faith Ministries to say one thing clearly and keep saying it, you don’t fight from the ground up, you fight from what Christ already won. You do not, nor can you earn what Christ has freely given, that’s not a motivational idea. It’s the architecture of the whole Christian life.

Chad holds a Master of Divinity from Nelson University and has served in ministry across nearly every age group and context. He currently serves as the founding pastor of Bold City Church in Burleson, TX, where he and his wife Magan are building a community rooted in finished-work grace.

His teaching is direct, theologically grounded, and practically honest, the kind that doesn’t let you stay comfortable in a version of faith that was never supposed to feel this hard.

When he’s not preaching, he’s coaching his daughter’s soccer team, baking something from scratch, or convincing himself that rest is productive.
